We are looking to recruit a large amount of Food Production Operatives, Food Assembly Operatives and Food Packers all based in Acton, London W3.

Pay rate is £11.00 per hour.

The jobs involve packing orders, labelling, preparing “Food To Go” products, chopping and peeling vegetables and working on production lines.

Due to the nature of the job you will work in a temperature controlled environment, typically, the temperature will remain stagnant at between 10 – 12 degrees C.

Working hours are 22:00 – 08:00 or 23:00 – 07:00, 5 or 6 days a week.

No skills or experience required, training will be provided on site.

Purpose MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION KITCHEN

Duties
1. Plan, manage and motivate team leaders and staff to produce canapés to the client’s specification, the highest quality-look-taste, the best productivity, the most hygienically according to the delivery schedule.
2. Lead, manage and organise the team working between the Hot Kitchen and Cold assembly and Base production.
3. To liaise and closely work with the Data Manager, Quality Manager, Goods-In Manager and Specification Manager with regards to the operations of the company within their remit. Ensure that everyone works with one mission and vision in the kitchens.
4. Maintain the operations of the budget laid down by the directors in keeping track of production costs, staff costs and equipment expenditure.
5. Keep up with existing suppliers with products and price comparisons to obtain the best possible prices and products.
6. Calculate, assess and manage the clients ordering for the correct amount for the specific number of guests and the right amount and specific ingredients to produce the canapés.
7. Create menus to the client’s ordering keeping within the budget.
8. Develop canapés to client’s new specification and manage the presentation.
9. Monitor and manage product & food waste.
10. Control the production sheets, the delivery schedule and all the schedule check lists in conjunction with the Hot & Cold Kitchen Manager.
11. Manage and control the finished product from production, tasting, packing, to despatch
12. Manage the cleaning, maintenance and security of the equipment and premises.

Production Operatives, Acton, London W3

We are looking for a large amount of Production Operatives to work for one of our Clients based in Acton, London W3.

Duties will includes chopping and peeling vegetables and making sandwiches and canapes.

Dayshifts available, 7am to 7pm including weekends. Days off will be given throughout the week.

Pay £7.50 if you are 25 years old or above, £7.05 if you are under 25.
