RECRUITMENT MANAGER, SKELMERSDALE WN8

We are a well-established industrial recruitment agency established over 25 years ago and we are now looking to recruit a Manager to run our Skelmersdale branch.

As Recruitment Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our existing clients’ needs and in addition be able to drive the business forward by converting new clients. Key skills required include:

• Excellent communication with people at all levels
• Manage a temporary workforce of up to 100 Temps with the help of Consultants
• A flexible approach to ensure all bookings are filled
• A determination to succeed and grow the branch and its client base
• An understanding of the industrial temporary recruitment process from start to finish
• Must have a full drivers’ licence

We are looking for an experienced person, either a previous Recruitment Manager or a Senior Consultant who is now looking for an excellent opportunity to progress. Although training will be given on our own processes and procedures, the successful candidate will need an understanding of employment law when supplying temporary staff and will need to demonstrate this experience.

Remuneration is £30,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus, plus pension, plus company car.
